HARTFORD AREA MANAGERS PRESENT $3,500 DONATION
TO COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION
Waterford Group Charitable Foundation Supports Family Life Education
in Building a Healthy Community

Hartford, CT – September 26, 2007 – Today, the Waterford Group Charitable Foundation donated $3,500 to Family Life Education, Inc., a community-based Hartford organization that has provided education and support services for youth and families in Hartford since 1987. The check was presented by Jim Riker, General Manager of the Hilton Hartford, John Fraher, General Manager of the Marriott Hartford Downtown, Jeanne O'Grady, Director of Sales & Marketing of the Connecticut Convention Center, Mark Graham, General Manager of the Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford, and William Gemme, General Manager of the Doubletree Windsor Locks.

Waterford Group Charitable Foundation is funded in part through voluntary contributions and fundraising held by the associates of Waterford Group and its affiliates, including the Hilton Hartford, Marriott Hartford Downtown, Connecticut Convention Center, Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford, and Doubletree Windsor Locks. “We are proud to support the efforts of Family Life Education in building a healthy community,” commented Terry Bickhardt, President of Waterford Hotel Group. “I would like to thank our Waterford associates for their continued generosity and commitment to helping others in their communities,” added Bickhardt.
