WATERFORD APPOINTS GEMME AS GENERAL MANAGER
FOR DOUBLETREE HOTEL IN WINDSOR LOCKS, CT
(Windsor Locks, CT – September 15, 2006) --- Waterford Hotel Group
has announced the appointment of Bill Gemme as General Manager of the
DoubleTree Hotel Bradley International Airport, located at 16 Ella Grasso
Turnpike in Windsor Locks, CT. Waterford Hotel Group, Inc., a national hotel
management firm, professionally manages the 200-room hotel.
The full-service Doubletree Windsor Locks is located only 1 mile from
Bradley International Airport, and is an easy drive from New York City,
Boston, and all points between. As General Manager, Gemme will be
responsible for all phases of the hotel’s operations, sales and
administration. He brings to Windsor Locks more than fifteen years of hotel
general manager experience, including such brands as Holiday Inn, Ramada
Inn, and Ramada Plaza Hotel. His extensive resume includes three years with
Waterford Hotel Group as General Manager of the Holiday Inn in Cromwell.
Most recently Gemme served as Vice President of Operations over several
hotels for the Nowab Hotels Corporation.
