WATERFORD HOTEL GROUP TO MANAGE BENNIGAN’S LATHAM

WATERFORD, CT (June 30, 2005) – Providing a wealth of facility management expertise, Waterford Hotel Group, Inc., as part of its agreement with Clarion Inn & Suites Albany Airport, NY, will oversee the day-to-day operations for Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern, a 265-seat restaurant and bar adjacent to the Clarion.

A neighborhood grill and tavern style restaurant, Bennigan's recently introduced a completely redesigned menu, and features both an adult and family-friendly cuisine. The restaurant will be managed by Tracy Lajeunesse, a 20-year industry veteran. In addition to day-to-day operations, Bennigan’s serves as the room service provider to the adjacent Clarion Inn and Suites, a 132-room hotel featuring meeting facilities, high speed wireless Internet access, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness center.
