(Waterford, CT – July 26, 2006) --- Waterford Hotel Group today announced the appointment of Peter Parker as General Manager of the Quality Inn & Suites Airport in Latham, New York. The Quality Inn & Suites Airport is ideally located with easy access to Interstate 90 and Interstate 87, only minutes away from Albany International Airport. As General Manager, Parker will be responsible for all phases of the hotel’s operations, sales and administration, including the management of 35 associates. Parker brings an extensive background in hotel management, having served as Asset Manager for Equity Inns, Corporate Director of Operations for Rockgate Management, N.A., and as General Manager at numerous locations in both Canada and the United States. Most recently, Parker served as a consultant specializing in the turn-around of distressed hotel properties.
