(Waterford, CT – July 26, 2006) --- Waterford Hotel Group today announced the recent promotion of Arthur Germain III to General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Orange, Connecticut. Germain assumes this role after having served as Assistant General Manager of the hotel for just over one year. The Orange Courtyard, located just off I-95 and Exit 41, surrounds travelers with the conveniences that make business and pleasure travel easy. As General Manager, Germain will be responsible for all phases of the hotel’s operations, sales and administration, including the management of 40 associates. Germain has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry having worked in numerous capacities, including Front Office Manager, Controller, Director of Sales, and General Manager.
