The Comfort Inn Mystic Completes Major Renovations


Mystic, Connecticut, June 4, 2002 - The Comfort Inn of Mystic has just completed a one million dollar renovation. The Comfort Inn is professionally managed by the Waterford Hotel Group, a national hotel management firm currently operating 26 properties in nine states.

The three month renovation project has given the 14 year old hotel a fabulous new and revitalized look. The work on the 120 room hotel included new wall vinyl, a furniture upgrade provided by Thomasville Furniture, a completely refurnished lobby including Maritime art and sculptures. The rooms are decorated with vibrant and appealing colors in the new bedspreads and window treatments. Both of the property's suites have a Jacuzzi, king sized bed, microwave, refrigerator and family seating area.
