Director of Business Development - Waterford Hotel Group - Waterford, CT
The Director of Business Development, reporting to the President, will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with investment bankers, hotel brokers, consultants, equity investors and others with a primary focus on identifying third party management opportunities.  Job duties will include maintaining a database of contacts, analyzing financial statements and building pro-formas and other projection models.  The perfect candidate will have previous experience in finance, evaluating hotel transactions and a proven track record of success. 
Executive & Marketing Coordinator – Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa – Groton, CT
The Executive & Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the General Manager and Director of Sales, is responsible for assisting department heads by performing administrative functions including answering phones, filing, coordinating marketing/advertising projects, distributing inquiries to Sales team, assist with VIP amenities, create sales kits, and other duties as assigned.  This position requires a high level of confidentiality.
Sales & Operations Coordinator – Homewood Suites by Hilton - Ithaca, NY
The Sales & Operations Coordinator, reporting to the General Manager and Director of Sales, is responsible for assisting department heads by performing administrative functions including answering phones, filing, coordinating marketing/advertising projects, qualifying sales inquiries, assist with VIP amenities, create sales kits, internal event planning, daily hotel reports, and other duties as assigned.  This position requires a high level of confidentiality.
Sales Coordinator – Connecticut Convention Center – Hartford, CT
The Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Sales, is responsible for assisting the Sales Department by performing administrative functions including answering phones, filing, coordinating marketing/advertising projects, distributing inquiries to Sales team, create sales kits, and other duties as assigned.  This position requires a high level of confidentiality.
OPERATIONS
Chief Engineer -Residence Inn by Marriott - Concord, NH - Opening summer 2010
The Chief Engineer, reporting directly to the General Manager, is responsible for maintaining the entire hotel including: the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs. 
Operations Manager -Residence Inn by Marriott - Concord, NH - Opening summer 2010
The Operations Manager, reporting to the General Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Housekeeping and Bistro departments, including associate recruitment and retention, training and development, scheduling and strict adherence to all WHG and Marriott guest service standards.  
Food and Beverage Outlets Manager - Hilton Hartford - Hartford, CT
The Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of M&M Café, Element 315 and Room Service including scheduling, effectively leading and motivating associates, associate training/development, inventory, and strict adherence to all Hilton and WHG standards.  
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Sheraton Bradley Hotel – Windsor Locks, CT
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets including: banquets, Sheraton Cafe, Concorde Restaurant, Cloud Nine Bar.  
Assistant Front Office Manager – Hilton Hartford - Hartford, CT
The Assistant Front Office Manager, reporting to the Rooms Director is responsible for overseeing the daily Front Office functions for the hotel including: front desk, reservations and bell services. Responsibilities include effectively leading and motivating associates, departmental training/development, budgeting, scheduling and strict adherence to all Hilton and WHG guest service standards.

The Culinary Line Supervisor, reporting to the Executive Chef, is responsible for the preparation and cooking of food in accordance with Marriott standards of quality, taste, presentation and safety including supervision and training of cooks and stewards, rotation, labeling and inspection of products,  and strict adherence to all WHG and Marriott guest service standards.
Front Desk Supervisor - Courtyard by Marriott - Norwich, CT
The Front Desk Supervisor, reporting to the  Assistant General Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk including leadership of staff, providing exemplary service and strict adherence to all WHG and Marriott guest service standards.

The Convention Sales Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales, is responsible for selling to convention and trade show markets and must have the knowledge to sell food and beverage to large groups.  This person must have experience with national and regional associations and prior experience in a convention center or like facility.   Individual will adhere to all established booking reports and file maintenance procedures.  The Convention Sales Manager will strive to exceed all client expectations.  This position will require extensive travel.
