	ADMINISTRATION
	Bookkeeper - Residence Inn by Marriott, Conshohocken, PA
	The Bookkeeper, reporting directly to the General Manager, is responsible for daily accounting at the property including: coordinating, verifying and balancing of all revenues on a daily basis, and administering all property level accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.  In addition, this individual will be responsible for strict adherence to all WHG accounting policies and procedures.   The ideal candidate will also be able to perform the payroll function.
	OPERATIONS
	General Manager - Courtyard by Marriott - Stuart, FL - Opening Winter 2008
	The General Manager, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, is responsible for managing the entire hotel facility including:  associate recruitment and retention, training and development, maintaining WHG and brand service standards, budgeting/forecasting, inventories and payroll.
	FOOD & BEVERAGE
	Director of Restaurants - Marriott Hartford Downtown - Hartford, CT
	The Director of Restaurants, reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, is responsible for managing the food and beverage outlets of the hotel including: Zagat rated restaurant Vivo Seasonal Trattoria and in-room dining so as to ensure full compliance with service and operational standards.
	ROOMS
	Chief Engineer - Courtyard by Marriott - Norwich, CT
	The Chief Engineer, reporting directly to the General Manager, is responsible for maintaining the entire hotel facility including: the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
	Executive Housekeeper - Courtyard by Marriott - Norwich, CT
	The Executive Housekeeper, reporting directly to the General Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily Housekeeping functions for the hotel including: effectively leading and motivating associates,  departmental training/development, budgeting, scheduling, inventories as well as strict adherence to all Marriott and WHG cleanliness/service standards.
	Executive Housekeeper - Residence Inn by Marriott - Mystic, CT
	The Executive Housekeeper, reporting directly to the General Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily Housekeeping functions for the hotel including: effectively leading and motivating associates,  departmental training/development, budgeting, scheduling, inventories as well as strict adherence to all Marriott and WHG cleanliness/service standards.
	Assistant Front Office Manager - Hilton Hartford - Hartford, CT
	The Assistant Front Office Manager, reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily Front Office functions for the hotel including: effectively leading and motivating associates, departmental training/development, scheduling as well as strict adherence to all Hilton and WHG guest service standards.
	SALES & MARKETING
	Director of Sales - Courtyard by Marriott - Stuart, FL - Opening Winter 2008
	The Director of Sales, reporting  to the General Manager, is responsible for the Sales and Marketing  functions of the hotel, including soliciting of new accounts, nurturing and growing existing client relationships/business, and consistently up-selling the hotel’s rooms to meet or exceed set sales goals. Individual will adhere to all established booking reports and file maintenance procedures.  The Director of Sales will strive to exceed all guest/client expectations.
	Director of Sales - Residence Inn by Marriott - Southington, CT
	The Director of Sales, reporting  to the General Manager, is responsible for the Sales and Marketing  functions of the hotel, including soliciting of new accounts, nurturing and growing existing client relationships/business, and consistently up-selling the hotel’s rooms to meet or exceed set sales goals. 	The Catering Sales Manager, reporting to the Director of Catering is responsible for soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals, and detail all Food & Beverage functions as assigned by the Director of Catering.  Individual will adhere to all established booking reports and file maintenance procedures. The Catering Sales Manager will strive to exceed all guest/client expectations.
	Catering Sales Manager - Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa - Groton, CT
	The Catering Sales Manager, reporting to the Director of Catering is responsible for soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals, and detail all Food & Beverage functions as assigned by the Director of Catering.  Individual will adhere to all established booking reports and file maintenance procedures. The Catering Sales Manager will strive to exceed all guest/client expectations.
	Convention Services Manager - Hilton Hartford, Hartford, CT
	The Convention Services Manager, reporting to the Director of Catering, is responsible for coordinating all meetings and conventions, including: consultation with representatives from the client group or organization, specifying the details of food service and space needs, arranging publicity, and all special functions as required.  The Convention Services Manager will strive to exceed all guest/client expectations.
	Sales Coordinator - Holiday Inn Express - Southington, CT
	The Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Sales, is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team.  Responsibilities include: answering phones, filing, completing electronic sales reports, as well as providing excellent customer service to all clients.  The Sales Coordinator will strive to exceed all guest/client expectations.
